Friends of CF: Arland Macasieb Fundraiser

This Sunday 27th social ride departing from lake Aeroflex / Aeroflex Airport at 1030 am. Easy B pace no drop. Heading from there to the Fairgrounds to participate in a fundraiser. Returning to Aeroflex afterwards.

The fundraiser is for a good friend of the CF extended family,  Arland Macasieb to help with his medical bills.

Arland won two bronze medals in the Southeast Asian Games. He is an exercise physiologist, bike fitter, swim technique specialist and running coach in addition to being a professional triathlete.   He’s a warm spirit with a deep passion for the community, teaching and helping others.

The Millburn resident and former Philippine national triathlete was cycling in Fairfield on September 4 when a motorist driving a 1959 custom Chevrolet Corvette hit him and dragged him almost 100 feet before stopping.

Arland has been a big influence to the Fil-Am community here in U.S. and also in the Triathlon community in the Philippines. He has been an inspiration to many people and has given so much to many athletes globally . We humbly ask that we give him back the support that he
needs during this challenging time.
