Prospect Park Morning Nap Laps

As we head into the off-season and our bodies start to cool down from all the hot laps and Spicy Nyacks that we've been doing all season, it becomes incredibly important to take our newfound anaerobic fitness, and commit it to cultivating a stronger aerobic foundation on which we further our fitness and strength for next year.
