Two Chilllllll(y) Mornings in Prospect Park

Was thinking of chillin out in the AM this week doin’ some loops reeeaaal slow-like, at 7:00 AM, starting at the Woodbridge past the GAP entrance.

Come through, chat, and chill! Or, perhaps this could be a great opportunity to practice your pace-lining skills, getting comfortable with holding a steady wheel.

There will be NO spontaneous locomotive jumping, as I’ll be maintaining a seriously consistent ~2-2.5W/kg (16-17mph on the flats, and 8-9mph up the hill). Post-ride, on strava, this should equate to a pleasant 16.5mph average pace throughout the park.
